Local Movings wants to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible. That’s why we require a minimum of 2 full hours of service to be purchased in advance. This payment not only covers the service, but also guarantees your reservation. It’s a win-win situation!

However, if you need to cancel your move, please keep in mind that we require all cancellations to be made in writing by email ONLY. This is to ensure that everything is clear and documented for everyone’s protection.

If you do need to cancel, please make sure to do so by the deadline, which is 96 hours before your scheduled move date. If you do, your payment will be credited to your final invoice or refunded.
