It pains me to write this as I have used them in the past. I was overcharged for mileage, and my property was kicked around and damaged by the movers. I paid 3 movers to help me move PLUS. I had 3 of my own. My people were helping out for 45 minutes when I was asked to sign a waiver because if anything got destroyed, they were not responsible. I'm like, why now, 45 minutes in, you know? Come to find out, the same mover that was kicking my things around broke one of the screws on my couch leg. Then he proceeded to put ANOTHER screw in there and NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME ABOUT IT UNTIL AFTER WE MADE IT TO MY HOME AND HAD TO PUT THE LEGS ON THE COUCH. He tried to blame my nephew for it, and then he said he put the screw in there HIMSELF trying to fix it. If my nephew broke and YOU KNEW ABOUT IT, WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SOMETHING BEFORE HAND? He didn't because HE WAS THE ONE WHO BROKE IT, CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR, TOLD HIM, and THEN FORCED ME TO SIGN a WAIVER, SO HE WOULDN'T BE LIABLE FOR IT!! Ontop of that, they were supposed to put my daughter's bed back together, but they didn't. They left the boards dangling under her bed and lost her screws. Once again, THEY NEVER SAID A FREAKING WORD!!! On top of that, they were moving EXTREMELY SLOW ON PURPOSE SO THAT I CAN RACK UP A HIGH BILL. I COMPLAINED TO THE SUPERVISOR AND MOVER MYSELF TO ASK THEM TO SPPED IT UP, BUT THEY DIDNT. We could've been done in three hours INSTEAD OF 4 AND A HALF HOURS!!! I've been calling, calling, and cailing, and no one will pick up nor call me back. If this situation isn't rectified and money is refunded, I will be pursuing legal action. I AM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! YOU GUYS CHARGE WAYYYY TOO MYCH MONEY TO BE THIS HEARTLESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!
The movers were really friendly, fast. They moved all of my furniture without any damages, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely work with them again.
Local Movers were very professional. They gave us a window that would arrive and showed up at the earliest of that window. Communicated before coming. Had 3 movers, moved efficiently, good pace, wrapped my furniture with protective wrap and covering. Nothing damage, they handled with care. Highly recommend, yall made my move much smoother.

This was the best move I ever had. The men were very nice and friendly and nothing was to much for them. We were emptying my elderly mother's 3rd floor apartment and had to drop items at 4 different locations. They were very accommodating and had no problem doing that and all in 4 hours. They also set everything back up at each location.My experience is real. I asked for 3 movers and they sent 4 to be sure the job would be done in reasonable time. They did not pay me or take money off to write this. I even paid 70 extra for a tip I was so pleased. I have no regrets.
I found this company online by far the best rates and crew. Michael and crew came early for the timeframe and had everything moved out and in in 4 hours, both locations being located on the third floor. They did a great job moving all items and ensured everything was handled with the utmost care. The whole crew was friendly and customer oriented and very professional in the way they handled the move. 10/10 would recommend their services and would use again if I move.
The crew of 3 men they sent out took too long to move a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was completely packed. I disassembled the beds and brought mostly all the items into the living room so they could see what they were working with. After they left I discovered kitchen boxes in an upstairs closet. The one bed they assembled wasn’t completely assembled. My bedroom items in the garage. I had to hire someone to come and put the boxes in the correct rooms. After paying $719.
The movers were very nice. They were careful to wrap all our furniture and moved it effortlessly being careful not to hit walls along the way. The movers were quick in their work and it was pretty hot out. They were done in 4 1/2 hours to move us across town, and the destination had three levels.. so they took everything to the place we needed it. Great work! Hard workers!I highly recommend them:)
I was relieved to find a service for a small in town job (picking up 3 items from a furniture store). The company rep contacted me via a text with a quote within minutes after I submitted my request. Then she followed up with a phone call. Once we agree on the details, everything from there worked like a clock! I was able to communicate directly with the crew. The truck was clean, well organized. The pick up and delivery were done in under 2 hrs! And they helped me with unpacking one of the boxes and haul the debris to the trash bin. I had the most pleasant experience with this company. I highly recommend their service.
