Price

$239 Fixed Rate Full Move: 2 Hours with 3 Movers and a Box Truck.  After 2 hours of moving services, the rate is $25 for every 15 minutes.

$219 Fixed Rate Labor Movers & Packers: 2 Hours Labor with 3 Movers and/ or Packers NO Truck.  After 2 hours of moving services, the rate is $25 for every 15 minutes.

2 hours minimum includes complimentary items:

Free Shrink Plastic 
Basic tools and Equipment
Packing and Unpacking- Full Service
Di-assembling and Assembling
Complementary Intrastate Insurance- Only when using the truck
Free Fuel and Up to 20 miles for local moves. Additional miles price is $1 per mile, you can buy to 15 more local miles- only when using the truck
Any move where the distance from point A-B is more than 35 miles is considered a long-distance move, and therefore, will not have free miles- only when using the truck.

The Elements of The Cost-Efficient Formula

How Long Would My Move Take? It depends on the following factors:

Service level – You choose a level of service:

Basic Level: Jus load, drive, and unload. No furniture protection, nor disassembling nor packing.

The Complete Move Level: is our standard package: Furniture protection with plastic and padding, disassembling and assembling, packing, and unpacking.

Plus is our Premium Offering Level: All of the above plus floors’ protection- upon request

Factors That Influence The Time of The Moves:

1. Will this move be only loading-Driving-unloading? This is the fastest move
2. On how ready and organized for the move you are; either when loading the truck, and/ or unloading the truck at the final destination.
3. The number of items either packed or loose, and boxes to be moved
4. Will we Disassemble and reassemble, or packing and unpacking or wrapping and unwrapping with shrink plastic? all these actions make the move last longer. Complex furniture (big and / or unusual shape)
5. Wrapping & Unwrapping – protecting your items with shrink plastic & padding. 
6. The biggest factors are: how far is the truck from loading and unloading, the traffic, using elevators, the stairs (too narrow stairs, number of floors in the home, storage or commercial place, the more floors the longer the move will take) 
7. Do you need to protect walls and floors, you will need to request it in writing- again this action takes time, therefore it makes the move taking longer
8. Building conditions – What we need to know about the conditions of the move: stairs, doorways, hallways, distance, and special requirements for the movers.
9. Distance – We’ll consider tolls, gas, driver’s time, and the distance from the origin to destination.
10. Special requirements – We account for items that require disassembly to enable their transport through doorways, hallways, and elevators. We also look at the special handling of items that are oddly shaped or fragile and require multiple layers of protection.
11. Packing – Are we doing it for you or are you doing it yourself. If we are doing it for you, the price increases by 20% on average.

Taking a Comprehensive Inventory with a Flat Rate Move: With this service, you don’t have to be concerned about the hourly time/ rate.

By email or text, we will take an inventory of what you are looking to move. We’ll put together a comprehensive Cost-Efficient Move Plan that you will be presented with at the end of the process. This ensures you are aware of what you are paying for and what our process is.

Distance is very important: We will calculate how many miles you are moving and routes to be taken. This allows us to build in a low cost moving pricing from point A-B.

Moving Insurance Keeps You Covered Moving house often requires handling valuable assets, even the disassembling of some items to fit through tight building corridors and doorways. Our moving packages come with Texas intrastate insurance coverage, 0.60 cents per pound. However, should you decide to opt for greater coverage, please contact us or/and contact your local insurance company.

Table with estimates of the time a move might take -based on the number of movers and the size of the move. Remember each move is different based on all the above-forementioned reasons.

Insurance – We walk you through the options, however, due to the potential conflict of interest with our principle of cost-efficient moves, we only offer for free the state-required level of insurance, which is .60 per pound per item damaged. This kind of coverage does not cover floors or walls. The coverage that covers walls and floors is considered commercial insurance, if you wish to increase your coverage please call us for further details or request it in writing.
